Shipping and pickup

We post Australia-wide with Australia Post, and you can collect from Redland Bay, QLD by appointment. Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

When it leaves us. Stock items usually ship within 2 working days. Personalised and made-to-order items are made first and usually ship within 1 to 5 working days, depending on the item. We email tracking when your parcel is lodged.

Delivery times. Once posted, Australia Post estimates apply (often 2 to 6 business days for parcels on the east coast, longer for regional and WA/NT). These are estimates and can stretch in busy periods.

Pickup. Choose pickup at checkout. We email you when your order is ready and you book a time; we share the street address with the booking. Please collect within 30 days.

Address problems. Check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or it was not collected from the post office, we can resend it once you pay the new postage.

Lost or damaged parcels. If tracking stops moving for 10 working days or your parcel arrives damaged, email us with a photo and we will sort out a replacement or refund.

Overseas. We ship within Australia only for now.
