Who we are
Gronkie is a small, family-run print studio based in Redland Bay, QLD. We make loud, high-quality shirts and merch for everyday humans, clubs, schools and small businesses – printed in-house, not bounced around anonymous factories.
We’re a slightly chaotic, very friendly Australian family with a soft spot for good design, bad puns and T-shirts that actually get worn.
Most of what you see in the shop is printed or made in our residential studio in Redland Bay. It’s not a giant warehouse – it’s a real studio with real humans, real machines and the occasional coffee-fuelled experiment.
We’re not a dropship company, and we’re not a massive print factory. When you order from us, the people answering your emails are the same people checking your prints.
What we make
Shirts & apparel
We design and print our own range of tees and apparel – the kind that don’t end up in the “never wear” drawer. We also print small-run custom shirts for charities, schools, clubs and small businesses that want quality without having to order hundreds of pieces.
3D-printed & UV-printed projects
We’re suckers for an “I’ve never seen that before” project. From custom card game cases to display-worthy collectibles and niche gifts, we combine 3D printing with UV printing to bring very specific, very fun ideas to life.
DTF Gangsheets
If you’ve got a heat press and a pile of ideas, we print DTF gangsheets you can press yourself. Makers, small brands and other printers use us for reliable colour, consistent quality and wholesale-style pricing – no secret trade account required.
UV DTF stickers & labels
We also print UV DTF stickers that stick beautifully to bottles, jars, cases and (a house favourite) wine tumblers. They’re perfect for small businesses, clubs and events that want their logo to feel a bit more premium.
Who we’re perfect for
-
Individuals & gift-givers
You love a good T-shirt, a solid in-joke or a present that doesn’t feel like it came from the supermarket clearance aisle. Our pre-designed tees and custom projects are made for you.
-
Small businesses, schools & clubs
You need shirts, stickers and other bits that work hard: staff uniforms, fundraiser tees, team kits, event merch, award labels and more. We specialise in short runs that still look and feel professional.
-
Makers & small brands
You’ve got your own thing going – maybe a heat press, maybe a market stall, maybe an online shop – and you need dependable DTF gangsheets or UV DTF labels. We can help with print quality, file checks and those “is this even possible?” ideas.
How we work
You don’t need to speak fluent print to work with us.
Tell us what you’re trying to do
A rough idea is enough: “We need shirts for a fundraiser”, “I want custom wine tumblers”, “Help, I have a card game and zero storage”.
We help you pick the right way to print
We’ll recommend the best approach – tees, DTF transfers, UV DTF stickers, 3D-printed bits or a mix – based on your budget, deadline and where the final product needs to survive.
We check your artwork for custom prints(and are honest about it)
We’ll tell you if your file won’t print well before it hits the press. If something’s experimental, we’ll say so and test it with you instead of pretending it’s guaranteed.
We print in-house and ship it out
Most orders ship within 5–7 business days after artwork approval. If we’ve got everything in stock, it’s often faster – and if you’re on a tight deadline, just ask.
Where we are & how we ship
We print from a residential studio in Redland Bay, QLD. We don’t offer walk-ins, but we can usually arrange collection by appointment if you’re local.
We ship Australia-wide, and we can usually work out international options too – if you’re ordering from overseas, get in touch and we’ll talk through the best way to get your order to you.
Design help (the honest bit)
We’re happy to do basic layout tweaks to get your files print-ready – things like centring a logo or checking resolution.
If you need full design work or a major redesign, we quote that separately so our time (and your budget) are treated fairly. We’ll always tell you up front if your project is drifting into “proper design job” territory.
How we handle problems
We care a lot about what leaves our studio. If something’s wrong with the print itself, we’ll fix it – that’s covered in our refund and reprint policy.
Change of mind is a different story (especially for custom work), and we keep those boundaries clear on our Refunds and Terms pages so there are no surprises.
Ready to make something?
Whether you’re planning a small fundraiser run, kitting out your team or just want a T-shirt that makes your mates snort-laugh, we’d love to help.
