At Gronkie, we print, pack, and post your custom goodies with care — and we do it all through Australia Post so you can track every step of the journey.
Processing Times
DTF transfer sheets: Ships within 1 business day of artwork approval
Custom apparel & 3D-printed items: Ships within 1 –14 business days of payment & artwork approval
During peak seasons or public holidays we may need a little longer; if that happens, we’ll keep you in the loop.
Delivery Options & Rates (Australia Post)
Standard Parcel Post: AU $12.50 base + AU $0.25 per extra item · Estimated 2–10 business days
Express Post: AU $14.95 base + AU $1.00 per extra item · Estimated 1–3 business days
All parcels are tracked. You’ll receive your tracking number by email as soon as we hand the parcel to AusPost.
International Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide via Australia Post International.
Delivery can take 1–5 weeks depending on your location.
Customs duties or import taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns, Lost or Damaged Parcels
Because every item is custom-made, we can only accept returns for manufacturing faults or if we shipped the wrong item.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
If AusPost marks a parcel as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check safe-drop spots and neighbours first, then contact AusPost with your tracking number. If it’s still missing, email us — we’ll do our best to help.
We are not liable for delays once a parcel is with Australia Post, but we will always dispatch within the processing times above.
