Returns & Refunds Policy

At Gronkie, every item is made just for you—custom-printed, custom-built, and packed with love. Because of this, we don’t offer change-of-mind returns, but we’re committed to making things right if there’s an issue.
Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not quite what you expected (due to our mistake), we’ll happily replace it at no extra cost to you.
To be eligible for a replacement:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

Send your message to info@gronkie.com
We’ll assess the issue and arrange a reprint, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
Returns for Change of Mind
Due to the custom nature of our products (including printed apparel, Gangsheets, DTF transfers, 3D prints, and UV-printed items), we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind, incorrect sizing selected, or if an order was placed in error.
Please double-check your selections, artwork, and shipping details before completing checkout.
Returns Shipping

For approved returns (faulty/incorrect items), we’ll cover return postage or arrange a replacement without needing the item returned.

If a return is required, we’ll provide instructions and a prepaid return label where applicable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only issued in cases where we are unable to remake or replace the product to a satisfactory standard.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method and may take up to 14 business days to appear.
Custom Artwork & Print Files
Customers are responsible for the accuracy and ownership of any artwork provided. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for prints based on low-resolution, pixelated, or incorrect files submitted by the customer.
