1. Overview

These Terms of Service apply to all purchases, interactions, and usage of our website www.gronkie.com and services provided by Gronkie ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are made-to-order or custom printed.

  • Full payment is required at checkout unless otherwise arranged.

  • Once your order is submitted and payment is confirmed, it enters our production queue. Changes or cancellations must be requested ASAP, but we cannot guarantee they can be made.

3. Custom Designs

  • For custom designs or supplied artwork, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all files are correct and do not infringe on any intellectual property rights.

  • We reserve the right to decline orders containing offensive, hateful, or unlawful content.

4. Production & Shipping

  • Our typical production times range from 1 to 14 business days depending on the product type. See our [Shipping Policy] for full details.

  • Shipping is handled by Australia Post. Once a parcel leaves our hands, we are not liable for postal delays or lost parcels, though we’ll always do our best to assist.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • As our products are custom-made, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Faults must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order, along with photos and order number.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All Gronkie designs, products, logos, photos, and descriptions are the intellectual property of Gronkie and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

  • LEGO® and other brand references are used only to indicate compatibility. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by LEGO®, Mattel, or any other third-party brand unless stated otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.

8. Privacy
